zoey02 has been adopted by Terry Tindall , Hamilton, NJ

Zoey came to National Greyhound Adoption Program when we received a call from Animal Rescue League of Berks County. They said they had a greyhound mix that they believed was 9 years old whose future was very bleak in their facility. When the Director's wife heard about her, off they went to retrieve her! Zoey certainly does not seem to be 9 years old and since her teeth and activity level do not suggest that age, we're not sure if it's accurate. She is very energetic and playful and adapts well to other dogs. She loves to play with stuffies. Currently she is in love with our Director, David Wolf, but we are sure that love can be transferred to a worthy new owner. She always acts the part of the happy face that you see on her photo and is a joy to have around. Because she loves to run, she must have a fenced in yard. Currently Zoey keeps us company in the front office where she can run loose 5 days a week but fares well when left in the kennel over the weekends.
