Greyhound Adoption Application

Below is a form necessary for adopting a greyhound through National Greyhound Adoption Program. This form can be filled out in Adobe Acrobat or by hand, and emailed, faxed or mailed back to our office. The office address is located in our application header.

We require a $260 adoption fee. This fee covers the cost of spaying / neutering, microchipping and vaccinating your new pet and also includes a dental cleaning. Your adoption application cannot be processed until a deposit of $160 is paid, with the remaining $100 balance to be paid at the time you pick up your new pet. Please be advised that 8% PA Sales Tax will be applied to all adoption fees. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks and money orders.
