NGAP's Vehicle donation program National Greyhound Adoption Program sponsors a vehicle donation program that is designed to bring additional funds to our non-profit organization. Many other charities use third party parties to field calls, tow, and sell donated vehicles. At NGAP, all calls about vehicle donations are answered at our office in Philadelphia. Vehicles are picked up by our own tow-trucks and all cars are brought directly to us to determine the best way to recuperate money for NGAP. NGAP is also a licensed auto dealer and we have the ability to sell our vehicles directly to the public. We work with a number of auto wholesalers and send vehicles to auction only as a last resort.

If you donate a vehicle to us, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that the bulk of the money earned from the sale goes directly to benefit the greyhounds of National Greyhound Adoption Program.

If you would like to donate your vehicle to NGAP, please call our office Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm at 215.331.7918. Be sure to have all title and specific vehicle information handy. You may also download our Vehicle Donation Form off this website, complete and return it to us via fax (215.331.1947) or email ([email protected]). Once we receive your information, we will determine if we can use the vehicle and will call to arrange pick-up.

Once we come to pick up your vehicle, we will give you a statement that indicates that you have donated your car to NGAP. This statement can be used for your tax deduction. We do not determine the value of your vehicle but can assist you by giving you the current Kelley Blue Book value. Additionally, we also provide you with a Certificate of Liability Release. This certificate assures you that we accept all liability with regard to your donation. With each vehicle donation, you will receive a free t-shirt as a token of our appreciation.

Your gift is also an added bonus to others. National Greyhound Adoption Program is one of the few organizations that help support other animal rescues. Each year, NGAP donates tens of thousands of dollars worth of product to other organizations from supplies donated to us. Your donation goes a long way!
