Rascal is a very happy and outgoing boy. Rascal is very energetic so he needs an owner who can exercise him regularly. He loves going on walks and is very well behaved on the leash. Rascal was not interested in the toys he was more into interacting with people. Rascal needs a family and to be kept busy. He also accepts affection nicely.
