Penelope is a fun and outgoing girl. She absolutely loves people and the attention they give her. She does get carried away for attention by jumping up on you. This is a bad habit so new owners need to work on this. Penelope was fine with a small child, she smothered her with kisses the problem came when she jumped & knocked her down. Penelope needs to be walked in the morning and evening to relieve any stress she may experience in the beginning. She became much more relaxed in the profile room after a good walk and eventually started to play with the toys. We also exposed her to a more social situation and although she was interested in getting the small dogs she obeyed and did not try to go after them or cause a scene. She walks very well on the leash and will relieve herself on leash.
