Pencil is a sweet and gentle-natured dog. She accepts affection nicely but will not go looking for it. She likes to explore new surroundings and responds very well when called. She loves to have her chin and ears rubbed. She likes the toys but just to carry around. She is very well-behaved in and out of her crate. She waits patiently to be let out. She does well with other dogs and walks well on the leash.
