Flare has a sweet disposition. She is shy of new people and places and needs to explore her new environment on her own. The same goes for the people. You can't force yourself on her. You can show her affection so that she knows you mean her no harm but don't overwhelm her. She is making great progress. Flare is very smart and has potential. She knows her name when you call her. She has not shown any interest in the toys at this point.
