Dickens is a very gentle dog. He is calm and laid back. Nothing seems to bother him. Squeaky toys really get his attention although he's not interested in playing with them yet. He likes to explore his surroundings. Sudden noises startle him but he recovers well. He listens well and comes right over when you call him. He loves attention and to be petted. He'd stand next to you and let you pet him all day.
