Barney is a very active and outgoing boy. When he comes out of his crate he definietly is a challenge. However once outside he calms down and walks nicely. Barney will definitely need to be able to release all that energy he has. He is very accepting of affection once you get his attention. Barney needs an experienced owner. Someone who will be patient to work through some of his quirks like when the phone rings. Barney also loves to play in water so summers should be fun.
